ABOUT THE PROJECT

From July 1, 2021, agricultural land in Ukraine will become an object of purchase and sale (Article 130-131 of the Law of Ukraine), at this stage, only citizens of Ukraine will be able to buy and sell agricultural land.
From January 1, 2024, I will be able to buy agricultural land by legal entities registered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
For foreign citizens or legal entities where foreign citizens are founders, the purchase of land is still prohibited.

Our project allows you to buy and sell agricultural land in Ukraine to a citizen or company of any country. To do this, all legal actions with the land will be carried out by a citizen (or company) of Ukraine in the interests of our investor.
At the same time, the investor will be 100% protected because the investor will have an investment agreement with a company registered in the Portugal and operating under European laws (UNIPESSOAL LDA “UKRLAND INVESTMENT”, registered № 516592033).

Our project involves two types of investment:

1 - direct investment in which the investor, after the period for which he invests his funds, will receive a profit in the amount of 8 to 14% per annum (depending on the investment period) and his investment;

2 - you become the owner of agricultural land in Ukraine, this will be formalized by the Agency Agreement where our company will be a trustee in Ukraine until the moment when the legislation of Ukraine changes and it becomes possible to transfer the land purchased for the investor's funds into the ownership of the investor.

At the time of the opening of the land market, the cost of agricultural land in Ukraine is approximately $ 1,100 / hectare, while our closest neighbors Poland - about $ 12,000 / hectare (price dynamics).

As can be seen from the dynamics of prices in Poland, the cost of one hectare in 2004 is approximately 1300 USD / hectare, 2008 - approximately 5000 USD / hectare. And these prices are formed under many existing restrictions (for example, foreign citizens must obtain permission from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the area of ownership in one hand is also limited to 0.3 hectares), which negatively affects the value of land.

Moreover, in Germany, the cost of one hectare is on average about $ 30,000.

Based on the experience of our nearest neighboring countries, we can confidently count on the growth in the cost of one hectare of agricultural land in Ukraine will grow from 1100 to 4000-5000 dollars within 4-5 years.

If the investor decides to grow grain or other products, then he can count on a profitability of about $ 500-700 per hectare (grow wheat of the 1st class, the average yield is 4 tons per hectare and the average price per ton of wheat is $ 250).

As you can see, this is a very reliable investment with a guaranteed increase in the value of the investment object.
